Echomedic complies with GDPR and local laws for patient data to ensure that all your information is handled with the highest security.
Audio from emergency responses is transcribed directly via our GDPR-compliant API. No audio is stored, and complete recordings never exist.
Audio and transcriptions are deleted immediately after processing.
Echomedic or third parties never use your data for model training. All processing happens within the EU and follows GDPR.
We conduct training together with ambulance personnel to ensure that patients feel safe when Echomedic is used.
During note generation, all personally identifiable information is systematically removed from the transcription.
In case of security incidents, we inform users quickly in accordance with GDPR.
