Echomedic complies with GDPR and Norwegian regulations for processing patient data.
Real-time transcription
Audio from emergency responses is transcribed directly via our GDPR-compliant API. No audio is stored, and complete recordings never exist.
Automatic deletion
Audio and transcriptions are deleted immediately after processing.
Privacy
Echomedic or third parties never use your data for model training. All processing happens within the EU and follows GDPR.
Training
We run training together with ambulance personnel on how Echomedic is used.
Authentication
Access requires HelseID login with a verified HPR number. All transmission is encrypted (TLS 1.2+).
Transparency
In case of security incidents, we inform users quickly in accordance with GDPR.
